Style
My massage style is based on a Swedish foundation. By using low to medium pressure, spots that need additional attention can be discovered. Heavy pressure and deep tissue techniques are applied only where needed. Clients typically refer to feeling the 'good hurt' and increased body awareness.
During the massage, you may be asked questions regarding possible body mechanic habits in your day-to-day life. You are also invited to provide feedback on if any muscles feel sore or different than anticipated. Pressure can be adjusted at a moments notice.
Prior to the massage, we will discuss any known areas of discomfort you may be experiencing. This will help guide the treatment plan for your session. Afterwards, there will be ample time for you to reacclimate, before your departure. For your scheduling, consider that these times are in addition to the duration of the massage.

WIllingness to travel depends on your distance and the number of clients in your area I can group in a given day.
Chair massage available for events. Chair massages typically run 10-15 minutes per person and focus on the neck, shoulders, and back.
